1. Training Services

MainframeZskills provides vocational training and professional learning programs focused primarily on IBM Mainframe technologies, including COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS and related technologies.

Course content, duration, schedules, faculty, delivery methods and laboratory facilities may vary depending on the program selected.

2. Registration and Eligibility

Students are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

MainframeZskills reserves the right to recommend a foundation or prerequisite program where a student's existing technical knowledge is insufficient for the selected course.

3. Course Delivery

Training may be delivered through live online classes, practical laboratory sessions, assignments, demonstrations and other learning activities.

Students are responsible for maintaining suitable internet connectivity, a compatible computer and the required software or access arrangements necessary to participate in online training.

4. Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and participate actively in practical exercises and assignments.

Missing classes may affect a student's ability to keep pace with the curriculum. Additional support or catch-up sessions may be provided at the discretion of MainframeZskills and may be subject to additional charges.

5. Laboratory Access

Where laboratory access is included in the selected program, access will be provided for the period and under the conditions specified for that program.

Laboratory credentials are personal and must not be shared with other individuals.

Any misuse, unauthorized access, disruption or attempt to compromise the laboratory environment may result in immediate suspension of access.

6. Learning Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials, presentations, assignments, examples, recordings, documentation, source code, exercises and other learning resources provided by MainframeZskills are intended solely for the enrolled student's personal educational use.

Students may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, upload, commercially exploit or share these materials without prior written permission from MainframeZskills.

7. Certification

A certificate may be issued upon successful completion of the applicable course requirements.

Completion of a training program or receipt of a certificate does not constitute a guarantee of employment, salary, promotion, immigration, visa approval or any specific career outcome.

8. Placement and Career Assistance

Where career guidance, resume assistance, interview preparation or placement assistance is offered, such assistance should not be interpreted as a guarantee of employment.

Employment decisions remain solely with the prospective employer.

9. Fees and Payments

Course fees must be paid according to the applicable payment schedule communicated to the student.

Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, may be charged in addition to the published course fee.

10. Cancellation or Suspension

MainframeZskills reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's access in cases involving non-payment, misuse of facilities, unauthorized sharing of course materials, disruptive behaviour, academic misconduct or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

MainframeZskills will make reasonable efforts to provide the training and services described for each program. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online services, internet connectivity, third-party infrastructure or external systems.

12. Changes to Services

MainframeZskills may modify course content, schedules, faculty, laboratory infrastructure or delivery methods where reasonably necessary to improve the training program.

Material changes affecting an enrolled student's program will be communicated appropriately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts/authorities having jurisdiction over MainframeZskills' registered or principal place of business, subject to applicable law.
